Starting his career as a reporter at Surabaya Post in East Java, he then moved to Jakarta to work as a journalist at Harian Republika. He later continued his career at detik.com, becoming the first reporter and shortly thereafter serving as Deputy Chief Editor.
However, SAP, as he is commonly known, is more than just a journalist. His business acumen was further honed when he became GM Sales and Director of Operations in 2011. From these positions, he built an extensive network and became well-known in both business and organizational activities. It’s no surprise that, with his track record, he served as Secretary General of APJII from 2012 to 2015. He also became the COO of merdeka.com until the end of 2015 and currently serves on the Executive Board of PANDI.
